Job Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Efficiently and effectively facilitate the customer care process including, but not limited to, the following: troubleshooting technical issues, handling questions or concerns regarding system or service, and educating the consumer on the proper use and maintenance of their system
  • Assist customers with requests for cancellations, making full effort to retain their business.
  • Actively works to secure new business in homes that contain CPI alarm systems not presently monitored whether by phone sale or scheduling a field representative.
  • Meets sales quota as set by management.
  • Assist in the tracking of service calls and field technicians
  • Provide specialized technical resolution to new construction issues, remote system downloading and activations
  • Conduct outbound calls via Company dialer to current customer base to gauge customer satisfaction with system and service, verify contact information and attempt to identify any potential new customer referral opportunities
  • Perform alarm system downloads to ensure programming of alarm systems
  • Provide supplemental support to Customer Care Department during times of unusually high call volume
  • May have additional duties as assigned by Management
