This is an incredible opportunity for an entrepreneurial person who enjoys leading, developing Sales Reps, closing sales and ongoing servicing of customer accounts within a specific geographic territory.

Job Requirements
  • Drive New Construction sales towards profitable growth through employee development and development of the overall New Construction sales program in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Motivate sales personnel and recognize their contribution so as to establish a culture that drives the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Learn, process and effectively implement the core principles of business operations and practices within the New Construction Sales Department
  • Further develop and hone the necessary skills and competencies to successfully lead and manage a sales force to meet and exceed the weekly, monthly and annual goals of the New Construction Sales Department 
  • Direct staffing, new employee orientation, training and performance evaluations in accordance with company policies and procedures to develop and enhance the sales program
  • Coordinate sales inventory by establishing geographic coverage areas, sales quotas and goals
  • Meet with the builder sales agents and design center coordinators to ensure all sales programs are fully supported by the builder
  • Review sales performance of staff and conduct refresher training (individually and in groups) and performance evaluations, establishing improvement plans as needed
  • Develop lead generation methods techniques to promote growth beyond the global account relationships
  • Resolve consumer inquiries and complaints regarding installations, product quality, sales price, contracts and other relevant inquires
  • Conduct field training by accompanying and evaluating sales personnel on sale presentations
  • Direct and motivate the team to ensure employee retention
  • Evaluate all appropriate data from various reporting systems to gauge departmental performance and individual Sales Consultant production
  • Identify staffing needs within department and actively participate in hiring and recruiting processes
  • Interact with other department managers to facilitate the dissemination of information
  • May have additional duties as assigned by Management
