Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator are to:

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Operations Manager and Technicians by scheduling and routing customers
• Maintain schedules for Technicians to ensure that schedules are full on a daily basis
• Contact customers to reschedule jobs when needed in order to make the most efficient route
• Communicate with different departments to get jobs covered and maintain back logs
• Assist with payroll reports for all Technicians
• Schedule, route, and confirm jobs for Technicians
• Maintain a good rapport and attitude with coworkers and customer base
• Work with Technicians to ensure all administrative tasks are complete and on time
• Coordinate jobs with all parties involved to make sure installation is efficient and exceeds customer expectations
• Implement new ideas and strategies to make tasks easier
• May have additional duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Intermediate level with Microsoft products
• Must have good communication skills
• Keep a focus on customer service as a number one priority
• Good problem solving and decision making abilities
• Must be able to understand and embrace the company core values, corporate goals, mission, vision and priorities as set forth by Management, and be able to continually seek ways to meet or exceed goals and fulfill priorities
• Ability to perform as a CPI team player, support all requests, and provide superior customer service
• Ability and willingness to work weekends
• Clean criminal background check with no felonies and proof of acceptable driving record
• Willingness to submit to a drug test
