Job Requirements

• Field incoming calls from potential residential and commercial customers and determine if a contract can be initiated and finalized over the phone or if the party requires an onsite appointment from a Residential or Small Business Security Consultant
• Pursue customers via outbound calls within the Carolinas and Georgia to further develop customer base
• Lead potential customers through sales cycle efficiently and effectively in order to convert the vast majority of opportunities, both inbound and outbound, into sales or confirmed appointments
• Perform data entry of required customer information into company CRM system in order to create and maintain an ongoing sales database

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; some college, preferred
• Previous inside sales or related phone work experience preferred, but we will train the right individual
• Good sales skills, particularly with strong upselling and closing abilities
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
• Willingness and ability to learn
• High energy personality and a fun and positive attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Passion for technology
• Experience with CRM system such as SalesForce, a plus
• Ability to pass criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
