Primary Responsibilities:
• Partner with management team to identify opportunities for improvement and development of current employees
• Create and facilitate training across departments, but with a focus on Field Operations, to augment employee understanding of all aspects of the business, such as but not limited to customer service, phone sales techniques and product
• Analyze current training approach, identify areas for enhancement and modification, and create and implement refined processes that ensures effective initial training of new employees, as well as supplemental sessions and exercises that increases the overall level of performance
• Proactively evaluate the success of all training programs through established metrics, both in terms of employee performance pre- and post-training as well as the overall business impact
• Facilitate regularly scheduled, ongoing training classes
• Maintain reports (attendance, grades, progress, etc) for the training department
• Provide updates to management regarding progress and performance of employees
• Work closely with the Director of Training to promote the Learning Management System throughout the organization
• Participate in the design and development of current and/or new training modules, such as classroom and/or e-Learning
• May have additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Requirements/Experience
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent business experience
• Must be able to develop and maintain a high level understanding of all company policies, procedures and protocol
• Demonstrate malleability and aptitude to learn, process and effectively implement new policies and procedures as corporate standards are modified over time
• Must possess strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, creative and decisiveness
• Strong oral and written communicative abilities
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Strong understanding of Alarm.com tools and MobileTech
• Ability to travel to offices with overnight stays – up to 25% of the time depending on need

Additional Desired Experience:
• Experience in delivery, design and/or development of training modules is a huge plus
• Exposure to and experience with Salesforce.com
• Exposure to and experience with DocuSign
• Prior Field Operations supervisory experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
