Job Requirements

  • Listens and responds appropriately to customer complaints providing solutions that build customer advocates for CPI.
  • Responds to customer questions and requests, concerning alarms, door openings, and service concerns.
  • Responds effectively to customer requests to purchase CPI systems, upgrades, and monitoring services.
  • Effectively documents customer interactions regarding alarms, account inquiries, and requests for service.  This includes, but is not limited to, written response to the customer documenting CPI updates or response for requested service.
  • Works effectively with installers, technicians, and sales representatives to facilitate effective service visits with CPI customers.  This includes placing accounts on test, providing directions to customer sites, logging job arrival and departure times and any other requests for support.
  • Provide customer education on the use of their alarm system.
  • Troubleshoots alarm difficulties with customers.
  • Actively contacts subscribers for customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Notifies Customer Care Management of issues that arise when appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a High school diploma, some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years customer care experience is required
  • Superior customer service skills is a must
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills is needed
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task is essential
  • Clean criminal background is required
