Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate the fundamental administrative processes within their assigned branch.
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of a collaborative time managed workflow.
• Administrative between the branch and corporate headquarters.
• Support all lines of business: Residential, Business Solutions and New Construction for Sales and Operations teams within the branch to facilitate the accurate and timely execution of all required tasks and processes.
• Assist Field Administrator and Human Resources on additional projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to quickly develop and maintain a high level understanding of all policies, procedures and protocol regarding customer accounts, documentation and reporting
• Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and courteousness in the handling of both internal and customer inquiries
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must maintain a high level of product knowledge, including, but not limited to: current product features and specifications, current corporate promotions, pricing, and discounts
• Must be able to maintain a professional presence and represent the company favorably
• Must have strong verbal and computer skills
• Must have a sound understanding of technology and computer use in the workplace, possess the ability to learn new software, and be able to type at least 40 words per minute
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 3-5 years previous administrative experience within a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Clean criminal background check with no felonies and proof of acceptable driving record
• Willingness to submit to a drug test
